Loyalty and Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Enrollment in our Loyalty Program is completely free and available exclusively through our official website: www.europcar.com.mx

To begin enjoying the benefits, you must be a resident of Mexico, have an active program account, and make your reservations directly on our website by logging in with your username and password before completing the booking.

When you book through our website and log in to your account, you will receive a 20% discount on your rate.

This benefit applies only to Basic coverage packages and is not valid for Medium, Premium, or Premium Plus packages, nor for extras or additional services.

This discount is available only for reservations made directly on our website; it does not apply to bookings made at the counter, by phone, or through intermediaries.

Additionally, for every $100 MXN paid on your reservation (made online with an active session), you will earn 5 points in your account.

Each point is equivalent to $1 MXN, which you can use to pay for future bookings.

Points are valid for 2 years from the date they are generated.

You can use them at any time, except during high-demand seasons such as Easter, Holy Week, Christmas, and New Year (December 18 to January 7).

You can check your point balance and reservation history at any time by logging into your account.



Important:

– The points program only applies to one active reservation at a time per customer. If you make multiple bookings with the same account for the same dates, only one will earn points.

– The benefits of your account are personal and non-transferable.

– Not combinable with other promotions and not valid for corporate rentals.

– Free additional driver must be requested directly at the office when picking up the vehicle.

– Free upgrade to a higher category is subject to availability at the time of pickup.

Remember: to enjoy all these benefits, your reservation must be made online through our official website with your session active. Rentals made by phone, at the counter, or through third parties are not eligible and will not earn points.
