Check in yourself

In Europcar Mexico we know that "Time" is a very important and invaluable factor, so our efforts are dedicated to reducing the waiting time in our car rental offices, using technology so that you can check in yourself, create and sign the contract. Everything happens automatically, through some tablets installed so that, intuitively, you can perform the process immediately, without long waiting times.

At the end of the check in, you will know the exact place where the car you previously reserved waits for you, so just go to the parking lot indicated by the Tablet and there you will find the car, ready for you to start your trip, without delays or setbacks. Although the process is now automatic, you will always have human help to check in or to check the conditions of the car.

Cities with Self Service

This technology is currently available at the airports in Cancun, Mexico City and Guadalajara. Soon they will expand to the rest of our offices in the Mexican Republic.
