Check-In Online

You can register your documentation online at the end of the reservation process, or at any time before starting the rental of your car, just enter from the link we send to your email with the confirmation of your reservation, or through our website www.europcar.com.mx by clicking on CHECK-IN, entering your Last Name and Reservation Number.

Prepare my vehicle

Upon arrival at the destination of your rental, from the visualization of your reservation, you can inform us, to prepare the last details of your car, making sure you have the best car for your trip.

3 Request Shuttle* (Consult offices with this service).

If you are at the airport, from your cell phone you can request that they pass through you, just press Request Shutle from your active reservation and we will be with you right away. You can visualize in real time the exact location of your Shuttle. (Consult offices with this service).

4 Digital Contract Green Policy

Our contract is now digital, thus avoiding unnecessary printing, just go to the office to sign your contract on our Tablet and we will send it to your email, if you forget any extra or want additional coverage, it's time.
If you have the PREMIUM PLUS Package, you will not have to stop at the office to sign your contract, now your contract is digital and you sign it from your cell phone.

5 Photos of the Car* (Consult offices with this service).

For your peace of mind, we take photos of the car when you leave the office, starting your rental, these photos will be sent to the registered mail as the owner of the reservation. We also recommend you take pictures of the car at the time of delivery, so you have the peace of mind that you will not be charged for damages not generated by you.
